That responsibly sourced down gives us great warmth for the weight with an insulated draft tube and box wall baffles that eliminate cold spots to maintain our core temperature we´re belaying, stopping for a lunch or snack break, or huddling up at camp. The diamond-fused Pertex ripstop shell may be lightweight, but it´s also abrasion-resistant and reinforced in high-wear areas that may rub against rocks, packs, and harnesses. When we´re not wearing it, the Phantom Belay Parka packs down small when we stuff it into the included stuff sack.
