Why We Like The Outdoor Research Tungsten II Jacket

The Outdoor Research Tungsten II Jacket is a technical shell with body-mapped insulation to keep us warm but mobile on the mountain. That starts with a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX shell that´s backed up with extra insulation in the torso to maintain our core temperature with lighter insulation in the arms for more freedom of movement when we´re skiing, snowboarding, or mountaineering. The Tungsten II also features a helmet-compatible hood for more dangerous pursuits—plus an integrated powder skirt and underarm vents to keep out the powder and release pent up steam to keep us drier.
