As part of their mission to improve every aspect of splitboarding, Karakoram realized a major disadvantage of splitboarding was a lack of lateral support on the uphill when compared with hardbooted skiers. They addressed this problem with the innovative Flex Lock. With a simple flick of a level, it greatly increases lateral support to help you maintain leverage when sidehilling on icy skintracks. When you´re ready to ride down, just flick the lever back and get ready to kick out those methods.
