The Cast Iron Grizzler has combined Ooni´s Sizzler Pan with a griddle to add some grill marks to our seared meats, veggies, and fajita creations. The cast iron gets super-hot in our Ooni oven—as well as conventional ovens, grills, and electric, gas, and induction hobs—but the removable cast iron handle makes it easy to carry our sizzling food to the stainless steel trivet we set on our table.
