The 8.6mm diameter gives you an ideal balance between weight and durability, and the Golden Dry treatment coats both the core and the sheath to stop moisture absorption, freezing, and premature wear. The half-rope system also allows for full rappels without dragging along a tag line. This rope is sold individually and should always be used with another of its kind.
