The HotForge Hybrid takes Black Diamond´s new hot-forged carabiner and combines it with a HotWire to further reduce the weight of your rack. Hot-forged construction maximizes strength while shaving off ounces, while the wire gate both reduces weight and eliminates gate flutter. The polyester dogbone is wide and comfortable to work with, and features a Straitjacket insert to ensure the HotWire stays properly aligned for a smooth clip.
