The cord ends are sewn together with strong 277 polyester thread by a precision computer-controlled machine and then reinforced with a plastic cover to boost abrasion resistance. The sewn ends minimize bulk and weight on our harness and ensure there is no knot that could come loose, all while continuing to meet strength requirements.
