The Nitro Vertical Splitboard´s narrow outline significantly improves tracking and traversing under challenging conditions, while Hike Pods further increase our edge-to-edge grip on ice for confident traversing. Its narrow directional shape reduces overall weight and friction on snow, resulting in an energy-saving, faster hike to the top. The longer nose shape and slight setback stance offer well-balanced float for surfing the powder we worked for. Every gram counts, so Nitro used an edge geometry, topsheet, sintered base, and steel edge that are all significantly lighter than their standard-version counterparts.
