Why We Like The Jones Snowboards Solution Splitboard

The Jones Snowboards Solution Splitboard is a stiff-flexing, directional, and lightweight board that´s received countless awards and takes shredders to the extremes of backcountry terrain. Built for stability at high speeds and control when it´s absolutely critical, the Solution Split handles the most technical ascents and descents we can access on our own two feet.

The Solution is equipped with the Ultra Split Core, crafted with paulownia wood and poplar stringers for added power and durability while staying lightweight. It´s reinforced with snappy flax and basalt stringers and torsionally-stiff triax laminates for a hard-charging personality. Karakoram Ultra clips are included and ensure that the two board halves are pulled together to eliminate slop. And a durable carbon-infused sintered base keeps the board gliding across the skin track in fresh powder or late-season hardpack.
