The proprietary AscentShell Dry 3-layer design with Nikwax DWR keeps wind and rain off as we trek to high mountain passes and through dense forests, while the breathable material keeps us cool in warm weather. The TorsoFlo side vents allow us to wear the jacket as a poncho over our backpack to keep our gear dry and allow hot air to escape on grueling climbs. The jacket packs down small to easily fit inside our pack, so we can always be prepared for inclement weather.
