From crushing singletrack to lining up at our local XC race scene, the Ibis Exie is one of our favorites to throw a leg over. With 100mm of DW-Link rear travel, the Exie delivers incredible rear wheel traction all over the mountain and provides a highly efficient pedaling platform. A 67.2-degree headtube angle gives us fast handling on flatter ground while still being composed enough to take on steeper trails, and size-specific seat tube angles ensure a powerful climbing position no matter our size frame. Additional welcome features on the Exie frame include two water bottle mounts inside the front triangle, an integrated chain guide for chain retention, sleek internal cable routing for a clean-looking, silent ride, and the ability to fit tires up to 2.4 inches wide.

The Deore build of the Ibis Exie is perfect for entry-level riders seeking quality components without the high price tag to go along with it. This version of the Ibis Exie is constructed with a hand-laid carbon frame for a stiff and reliable platform built to the same standards as their more premium USA-made frame. Shimano´s Deore 12-speed drivetrain comes with wide-range gearing and a proven track record for reliable shifting in any scenario. A 120mm Fox Performance 34 Step Cast fork paired with the Fox Performance Float DPS soaks up trail chatter and throws down tons of traction anywhere on the XC course. Lightweight 29-inch Ibis 933 Aluminum rims keep us rolling through rock gardens and over trail obstacles without a hitch, and Shimano Deore brakes ensure adequate power on tap in a lightweight package.
