With its introduction of the Red group, SRAM again proves that it´s always on the leading edge of component design and technology. The SRAM Red Road Chainring is an integral part of the Red group and serves as a platform for precise shifting across SRAM´s 22-speed gear range. It´s also got a sleek aesthetic that builds on the SRAM Red 10-speed chainring design.

The colorway title, "falcon grey," calls to mind the swift and precise dive of a peregrine, which is appropriate since the SRAM Red Chainring´s improved shift timing pins and ramps increase shifting speed and precision when integrated with the Yaw-caged SRAM Red front derailleur and chain. SRAM engineers borrowed design components from the X-Glide drivetrain technology found in their top-end XX mountain group to create a road version, X-GlideR.

The new SRAM Red Chainring is also stiffer, thanks to precise machining of the 5mm 7075-T6 aluminum, which improves power transfer and facilitates faster, quieter, and more precise shifting than comparable chainrings. It´s available in several size options, allowing you to maximize your cycling experience based on your specific gearing needs.
