Why We Like The Ultimate C8 e-Bike

With 129 years of production under their belt, Gazelle designs the Ultimate C8 e-Bike with two features in mind: Comfortability and speed. This is a bike that´s sporty and fun, but also comfortable enough to make us want to zoom around all day. Confidence-boosting stability comes from a low center of gravity, frame stiffness, and a relaxed, upright posture, which makes this bike ideal for riders of all abilities. We like it for a quick commute to work, for running errands, and for having fun on our local bike paths.

The Ultimate C8 is a comfortable ride that packs a punch of power from its Bosch Active Line Plus 3.0 drive system. This engine offers a maximum range of 70 miles and a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour. Its 8-speed Shimano Nexus gear system and a Gates belt drive make for smooth and quiet shifting, along with excellent durability and low maintenance. And, when we feel like we´ve picked up the pace a bit too much, disc brakes provide capable stopping power and confidence. Wide, puncture-resistant tires enhance our ride quality, and that works in turn with a suspension seat post and headset. Leather ergonomic grips make for comfortable riding, and a graceful step-through frame improves stability and accessibility.
