In water temperatures between the high 50s to low 70s Fahrenheit, the Rip Curl Men’s Dawn Patrol CZ 3/2 GB Wetsuit is a warm, affordable ally for the entry-level surfer. Constructed with Freeflex superstretch neoprene overall and super-light, super-stretch E4 neoprene at the critical knee and arm flex points, it offers full-contortion flexibility. All seams are triple-glued and double-blindstitched, minimizing water penetration. The shock-cord chest-zip allows easy entry and exit, and the 3-hole drainage system allows excess water to vent out of the suit. And, in maybe its most significant feature, the Dawn Patrol features an insulating and quick-drying Flash lining that’s designed to prevent the gruesome experience of forcing a warm body into a cold, clammy suit. Rip Curl claims that the Flash dries as soon as 15 minutes after hanging, which means you can catch early morning waves in a warm suit and then do the same at last light. Head confidently out into the surf without breaking the bank.
